These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Country Root Healing website and all related services, programs, digital resources, and purchases (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. IMPORTANT: NOT MEDICAL CARE Country Root Healing provides wellness coaching and education. We do not provide medical advice and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You agree that:

• You will consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

• You will not use our Services as a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.

• If you have a medical emergency, call 911 (U.S.) or your local emergency number.

3. WHO CAN USE OUR SERVICES You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase Services, unless a parent/guardian provides written consent and participates where required.

4. SCHEDULING, RESCHEDULING, AND NO-SHOWS

A. Scheduling You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and attending sessions on time.

B. Rescheduling Unless otherwise stated on the booking page, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

C. Late cancellation / no-show Late cancellations and no-shows may be treated as a session used and may be non-refundable, depending on the offer.

5. PROGRAMS, DIGITAL PRODUCTS, AND PAYMENTS

A. Pricing All prices are shown on the checkout page or sales page.

B. Payment processing Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.

C. Payment plans If you select a payment plan, you authorize recurring charges on the schedule shown at checkout. If payments fail, access may be paused until the account is brought current.

D. Chargebacks If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may suspend access to Services while the matter is addressed.

6. REFUNDS Unless a specific written refund policy is stated on the sales page for a particular offer:

• Digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable once delivered. .

Coaching time and completed sessions are non-refundable once provided.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS / AUTO-RENEWAL (ONLY IF APPLICABLE) If we offer an auto-renewing subscription or continuous service in the future, we will present clear renewal terms, obtain affirmative consent, and provide a simple method to cancel, consistent with applicable Illinois requirements.

8. TESTS, ASSESSMENTS, AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES If you purchase or use an at-home test or third-party service:

• You understand it is for educational/wellness-support purposes

• You are agree that any medical interpretation should be provided by licensed professionals

• Third-party fulfillment timelines and policies may apply

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All site content, program materials, downloads, and branding are owned by Country Root Healing or properly licensed. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials without written permission.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to:

• Use the Services unlawfully

• Harass, abuse, or harm others

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems

• Upload malicious code

• Misrepresent your identity or intent

11. DISCLAIMERS The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee results. Individual outcomes vary.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent allowed by law, Country Root Healing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 (whichever is greater), unless required otherwise by law.

13. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Country Root Healing from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW / VENUE These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Unless otherwise required by law, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Randolph County, Illinois, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
